Privacy policy
What this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
Draft — pending legal review. This page is a working placeholder. Sections marked “to be confirmed” describe intent, not final terms, and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.
What we collect
When you send a trip request, we store the details you type: your name, the contact you choose to share (WhatsApp number and/or email), optional travel dates, party description and interests, your message, the page you sent it from and your language. We ask for nothing more — no passport data, no birth dates, no payment details through this website.
The website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A technical cookie is used only for CMS login (staff) and content preview.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to reply to you and plan the trip you asked about. Submitting the form requires your explicit consent, and the time of consent is stored with the request.
Where it lives and who sees it
Requests are stored in our content management system, readable only by authorised team members. If email notifications are enabled, the request is also delivered to our team inbox via our email provider.
Retention and deletionTo be confirmed
TODO(legal): confirm the retention period for handled inquiries (proposal: delete or anonymise within 12 months of the last contact) and the process for erasure requests.
You can always write to us via WhatsApp or the contact page to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
Controller & applicable lawTo be confirmed
TODO(legal): add the registered legal entity name, registration country and controller contact details, and confirm the applicable data-protection framework (Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection; GDPR where it applies to EU visitors).
Analytics
The site currently ships with a privacy-conscious, first-party event buffer only (no third-party analytics scripts). If a cookieless analytics service is enabled later, this page will be updated before it goes live.
