The honest version, today
Formal cancellation terms have not been published yet. Until they are, any cancellation or change conditions that apply to your specific trip are agreed with you in writing before you confirm anything — you will never encounter surprise terms after booking.
Weather and mountain roads
Mountain weather is a real factor in Georgia. When a route becomes unsafe or closed (for example the pass to Kazbegi or roads into Svaneti in heavy snow), we propose an alternative day, route or date rather than pushing through unsafe conditions.
