Winter turns the Georgian Military Highway into one of the most beautiful drives in the country — and Gudauri, sitting high above the treeline, into a snow playground. Skiers get wide open slopes; non-skiers get sledding, snow-covered viewpoints and the particular joy of khinkali after a cold day.
For many of our guests from warmer countries, this is the first real snow of their lives. We plan for that: gentle starts, warm layers checklist, and no pressure to strap into anything.
